Why Partner With Us

Grassroots Conservation With Global Impact

Love The Oceans is a UK-registered charity (No. 1184402) operating in Jangamo Bay, Mozambique – a designated Mission Blue Hope Spot endorsed by Dr Sylvia Earle. We’re the only charity working in the Jangamo district, and 100% of funds go directly to community and science projects.

Over a decade of work has produced quantified, verifiable results: 227+ international volunteers hosted from 25+ countries, 3,000+ children taught to swim, 1,000+ children educated in marine resource management, 14 new classrooms built, and 85,000+ pieces of plastic removed from beaches. Our seven research programmes generate continuous data across fisheries, coral reefs, humpback whales, whale sharks, and sea turtles.

Corporate partners choose to sponsor a specific project or donate to the organisation and allow us to allocate funding to where it’s most needed. Every partnership comes with impact reporting, photography and video assets for your CSR communications, and a named project your team can rally behind.

“The organisation Love The Oceans has changed my life”

Many people follow what I do. I came from nothing, I have to be someone here until this ends. I have to contribute, I have to be an example for my community – from fisherman to conservationist.
